The health sector programs aim to improve citizens' health by activating programs, initiatives, and medical convoys that help reduce the costs of consultations and treatments. To achieve this, the foundation has launched its first program, "Haya Card," in collaboration with Wadi El Nile Medical Company, the Egyptian Postal Authority, and Blinex Technology. This program provides a healthcare network offering discounted rates to every Egyptian citizen holding a national ID card. Membership is not restricted to a specific age group, and subscriptions can be made for both children and the elderly.

The foundation offers the "Haya" card to Egyptian citizens using mobile app technology. The foundation has launched a new platform, "Haya," where cardholders receive standardized percentage discounts on healthcare services across 4,300 healthcare providers in 26 governorates.

It is worth noting that the New Republic Development Foundation's "Haya Card" application offers additional services to Egyptian citizens, including employment and training services, services for persons with disabilities, and various other distinguished services.
